The law tightens its web on The Web

The law Copyright Amendment Act 2011 is in force from September 1st- do you know what it means for your business? The changes aim to crack down on peer-to-peer file sharing. That is, to stamp out internet privacy. If your staff are using work computers to download music, films, books and games YOU will be responsible for the fine (up to $15,000). The court also has the authority to suspend YOUR internet account for up to six months! You need policy to let staff know they cannot illegally download at lunch-time!
